To Talk About Theosophy. Bishop Irving S. Cooper, Los Angeles, Speaks Tonight.
Among the early arrivals yesterday for the national convention of the Theosophical Society, which opens tonight with an informal reception at 920 Grand avenue, was Bishop Irving S. Coopers of Los Angeles, regionary bishop of the Liberal Catholic Church for the United States.
Bishop Coopers, who is the author of several books on religious subjects, spends the greater part of his time commuting between California and New York in the interests of his Church. Tuesday night Bishop Cooper will address the convention, taking as his subject, “Theosophy and the Religious Crisis.”
