India is Lecture Topic of Visitor from Adyar
A lecture on India was heard by about twenty-five persons Sunday night at the home of Mrs. Ethel Casselberry, 620 Plumas Street. It was delivered by Fritz Kunz, an American resident of Adyar, India, who is spending a week in Reno en route to Kansas City where he will attend the national convention of the Theosophical Society. The lecture, illustrated by stereopticon, dealt with the races, religions, art and architecture of India, and also with the work in education being done by the society, whose world headquarters are at Adyar, where Mr. Kunz is director of the Printing department. Mr. Kunz will deliver a free public lecture in Reno within the week on “Theosophy and the Cultural Value in Science and Physics.”
